Christy Morrow, LAPC

Clinical Supervisor: Amy Dunn, LPC-S

I believe that someone’s thoughts have a great impact on how that person feels and acts. I show how these thoughts form habits and offer practical tools to help people change their habits and change their lives. I like working with people who are experiencing that “stuck” feeling, that we all, at times, go through.  I work well with people experiencing anxiety, depression, and people who suffer from low self-esteem.  I like helping people learn stress management and to develop coping skills.  I also help people who experience anger due to their circumstances. I have considerable experience dealing with grief and loss.

I am a warm, genuine person. I come alongside clients and foster an authentic relationship that is essential for change. I use a combination of practical and experiential techniques such as relaxation. I also offer Christian counseling. I love combining psychology and Christianity!  I offer life coaching, as well.

I believe anyone is capable of change. Through empathy, an authentic relationship, and a variety of tools, growth is possible. Growth is a passion of mine! My goal is to provide hope, insight, and education to help clients overcome any obstacles and get back to enjoying their lives. I would love to work with you to help you through whatever you are experiencing.
